LOOK DU JOUR: WINTER IS COMING

Tuesday, 9 December 2014

It's already December and all I can think about is how much I want it to snow. Sadly, last year it didn't snow at all in London, but luckily I did see some snow in Austria during my few lovely days off
Not many people like the snow, but I don't think it's winter without it, and a big part of it is that I love dressing up warm and being cosy. There's so many options to wear for this season and even though it hasn't snowed yet, it is still chilly outside so we can still dress up in stylish winter clothes to prepare!

CHANEL PRE AUTUMN/WINTER 2015-16 AUSTRIA

Thursday, 4 December 2014

Chanel hosted their show the same night as Victoria's Secret, which was in Austria, Salzburg. In this show we have seen women's wear, men's wear and kid's wear. Lots of the garments reminded me of historical clothes, like the little details and shapes of them. If you guys didn't know, I love a bit of history in fashion so this show was like it was made for me. Karl Legerfield used lots of bright colours in the show, such as red, blue, green and gold details on the clothes. There was more natural colours on the runway and they looked just as good the others. There were lots of looks in the show that I absolutely adored and it is very hard to pick out my favourite so I will just insert all of the looks bellow.

VICTORIA'S SECRET FASHION SHOW 2014 LONDON

Wednesday, 3 December 2014

So it was that time of the year again, one of the most amazing shows of the world and it was in London for the first time. This year they celebrated their 15th year and for that they done six different themes, such as, Gilded Angels, Exotic Traveller, Dream Girl, University of Pink, Fairy Tale and Angel Ball. Second year around, Taylor Swift was the headliner for the event but other singers were singing on stage as well, such as, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and Hozier, while the gorgeous Angels were walking the catwalk in their amazing lingerie. Sadly there were models that I missed this year, Erin Heatherton and Cara Delevigne just to name a couple.

I have broke down the themes, and bellow you can see them in groups. But now, here's the names of the 10 new faces of VS:

HAIR CVT: JOHN FRIEDA ALFORD STREET

Wednesday, 15 October 2014

Not long ago I went to get my hair done, and I used Hair CVT to find the best salon that suited me and what I was looking for. So basically this site is for people who still haven't found their favourite salon and want to see some of the work the hairdressers have already done.

This site is very easy to use, firstly you can pick out all the things that suit you from the side bar, and it shows you some work the hairdressers have already done, and if you like what you see you can just book yourself in with that hairstylist. If you want to find a salon by location, there's an option for that too. I found this site very useful as I could search for what I wanted and see how well the stylist can work. When I saw this haircut, I knew I wanted to go with Chloe Westley from John Frieda Alford St, as I wanted something similar to that style but maybe a bit curlier. (See the end result at the end of the post.)

LFW: BUSARDI SS15

Thursday, 2 October 2014

At the Busardi fashion show, there was so many amazing red carpet dresses. And even though I may never get to go to a red carpet event, I still wouldn't mind having one of these dresses.

This collection was entitled 'Air', and they were inspired by the South American micro-environments. They included all the elements from the nature that you could find there. All of the dresses had flowers, leaves or feathers included in them, and all of the colours were presented in a natural way, so the whole collection would work well together.

The hair and make-up was made by AOFM Pro, and they done an amazing job (see bellow in close-up images). All the models had elegant but messy hair and I think it gave the whole look a cool edge, which worked with all the dresses perfectly! Some of the models were wearing big earpieces, which were also inspired by nature, but they were very sparkly, so they did a great job adding them to the collection!

LFW: HUISHAN ZHANG SS15

Thursday, 25 September 2014

As we all know, it was London Fashion Week not long ago, and sadly I haven't posted anything on it, yet! I went to see lots of shows and I will do posts on the best ones I saw or enjoyed watching online.

I was very excited when I got an invite to see Huishan Zhang's Summer/Spring 2015 collection, because I knew I would be drooling over the amazing dresses. And of course I was..

My favourite dress was this one, because as soon as I saw it, I wished I was the girl wearing it. This dress just reminded me of my childhood and when I wanted to be a princess. (I still do, but shh!) I think the dress says it all, the colours go perfectly together and who wouldn't want to feel like a princess?!

LOOK DU JOUR: MONOCHROME MONDAY

Monday, 1 September 2014

Hey guys, sorry for not posting in a while, I was sick for a long time but from now I'm back on track and will be posting more!

For today's outfit, I wanted to wear something light before the summer goes away. We have to enjoy every second of it before it starts to rain and gets really cold.

TTTATTOO

Saturday, 2 August 2014

I'm not sure if I mentioned it before, but I am obsessed with giraffes. I have all kinds of giraffes and objects with giraffe print on them, so when I found this giraffe tattoo I had to have it! I got these temporary tattoos from TTTattoo, and they have so many and you can personalise your own too.

If you want to have a look at it, click here.

LOOK DU JOUR: BRIGHT DAY

Wednesday, 30 July 2014

Today I was in Soho with my best friend to catch up and enjoy the Sun. I hope all of you are enjoying the weather as much as I am before it disappears. It took me a while to get ready but at the end it happened. Somedays I just feel like I have nothing in my closet but it always works out somehow. I'm sure all of you girls are the same when it comes to getting ready.

LOOK DU JOUR: A SLICE OF SUMMER

Wednesday, 23 July 2014

As all of you know the weather has been up and down lately, but hopefully it will stay sunny for a very long time. I have noticed that people always complain when it's either cold and rainy, but people also complain when it's hot. Why? Can't they just enjoy one or the other? I am extremely happy that it's hot and don't have to worry about layers! I mean I wouldn't mind sitting next to a pool or the beach in this weather, but what can I do in London, just accept the fact it's a city and enjoy the weather while it lasts.
